The site benefits from Outline Planning Permission, which was granted in August 2013 and approved the principle of new homes on the site, as well as access to the site.
The Reserved Matters Application will set out how the site will be delivered in line with the existing Outline Planning Permission. This will include the finer details of the design, layout and scale of the new homes.
